About Rev. Quentisha Davis Wiles

Rev. Quentisha Davis Wiles, affectionately known as Pastor Q, is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, California-Nevada Conference, and currently serves as the Senior Pastor at Saint Mark's United Methodist Church in Sacramento. With more than 25 years of experience in health care, community mental health, and community development, Pastor Q offers a holistic approach to ministry that focuses on wellness, empowerment, and social justice.

Throughout her career, Pastor Q has worked with marginalized communities—including families of homicide victims, survivors of violence, at-risk families, and individuals in recovery—fostering healing, growth, and positive transformation. As a consultant and trainer, she provides technical assistance to nonprofit and public sector organizations, equipping leaders and communities to move from survival to sustainable success. Her ministry is deeply rooted in the conviction that faith, justice, and community care are inseparable.
